Kaley Konecny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM‑SCP). With more than 18 years of experience across professional services, engineering, and corporate environments, she has built her career leading people operations, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives. Before joining BNP, Kaley served on the Executive Leadership Team at CORE Consultants, where she built and scaled the HR function across multiple business lines. She led major initiatives in total rewards, leadership development, performance management, organizational structure, and HR technology implementation. Earlier in her career, she held progressive HR and operations leadership roles in the legal and retail industries, managing complex people programs, compliance, talent development, and workforce planning.
Throughout her career, Kaley has delivered strategic HR leadership during times of significant organizational growth, legal and compliance transitions, and operational redesign. She has ensured stability, clear communication, and strong employee trust. She has mentored and developed emerging HR talent, expanded and elevated HR teams, and implemented scalable processes that support ongoing organizational growth. Her work has earned industry recognition for innovation, leadership, and excellence in creating people-first cultures. Additionally, she has built complete HR infrastructures from the ground up, including HRIS implementation, modernization of performance management, and designing total rewards programs that enhance clarity, fairness, and employee engagement.

She believes in aiming to improve every day and encourages her team to embrace learning, acknowledge imperfections, and grow through experience. Outside of work, Kaley enjoys trail running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their Aussiedoodles. Whether exploring the outdoors or relaxing with family, she finds balance and energy in staying active and connected to the people she loves most.
