These criteria are summarized in a final report which also serves as substantiation and documentation of the project basis. Specifications – Preparation of bidding documents for the procurement of the selected cargo handling system. Project specific requirements are included in our standard, proven specifications. Both Architectural and Engineering Specifications are published to clearly define responsibilities for the scope of work. Bidding & Award Assistance - Pre-qualification of vendors, release for bid packages, pre-bid conferences, bid review and contract negotiations. Experience by BNP provides insight on the strengths and weaknesses of all the manufacturers. Representing the interest of our Clients is assured by the BNP awareness of the capabilities of the air cargo systems suppliers. Construction Administration – Coordination of the engineering and manufacturing processes, construction staging, coordination around on-going operations, supervision of the installation, punch listing and acceptance testing.
